I thought I was the only one left. They posted 3 new licenses yesterday. Anyone else here not get their license number yet?

Man, we are on the same timeline...so it can't be based on when the forms were approved.

Would you be able to tell me when you initially submitted your paperwork to be approved for the PE? I'm guessing they prioritize the licenses depending on when the applicant submitted his application or when he was approved. Thanks.

That's the impression I'm under. If I'm sitting for the PE in NYS it's because all my paperwork has been checked off.

Man, one guy says he has been waiting over a year to get his license. Another guy said that he didn't have enough engineering experience. Others complaining about lost paperwork. I'm concerned about reaching out and getting penalized for it.

But does your address show up as NY address or out of state? Where did you take the PE test? In NY?

I know a guy that passed October 2018, he said it took him about 8 weeks to get the license. I'm just surprised it is taking so long. I don't understand the holdup. Don't they have to approve anyone taking the PE test anyways in NYS? Do they have to recheck the paperwork?

This is very painful...at this rate we should have our licenses by December 😫

I also called last week and was told that I need to wait 6-8 weeks. I sent an email yesterday about the status of my Lucense but haven't gotten a response. Been checking the license issued and, like previously said, they issued 1 license per day. Customer service seems to be non existent.

Yup, and it looks like no licenses were posted today and very few yesterday

Seems like the site is down. They published about 7 licenses today, some NYS some out of state. I called yesterday to get a status, the operator basically said it will take 4-6 weeks to process. The wait is killing me.

I've been checking new licenses getting issued, it looks like they are up to the letter M. I'm counting about 20 licenses per day or so, but this includes out of state addresses which I'm assuming are PEs transferring there licenses to NY.
