i have a feeling there's going to be a lot of upsets this weekend, but the Pats/Jets game isn't going to be one of them. it's not even worth watching the game seriously, more of a 'keep it on in the background and check the score every now and then' game. it's going to be a massacre.

i know this is not what this thread is about, but man i need to start using Priceline. i usually end up paying $150+ per night for a mid-level hotel and $80 a day for a crappy rental car. i have a buddy that swears by Priceline but i've never bothered to check it out.

nice, i like that they added the volume of test takers. also like that they broke the disciplines up by subject matter (e.g. Civil Structural, etc.). big spread this year for first-time takers: 56% - 89%. i'm surprised the pass rate of Civil Construction is so low.

i don't think my company has ever done a project in our state. in fact all of our upcoming projects are in the UK. pffft i'm proudly displaying P.E. on my business cards and emails.

same story in WA. i kept forgetting and putting my coffee on the table. proctor had to remind me 4 times (hey i was in the zone!). he was a patient dude, glad for it.

can't speak to Texas, but it's not required in my state (WA). frankly i don't think it's required in any state. i just simply have "P.E." at the end of my name on my business cards and email signature. edit: in the spirit of cupojoe PE's post, i would disclose to clients where i'm licensed...

just makes it more visible on larger prints. the flip side of that is it can be a little difficult to fit on congested prints.

i use a black self-inking stamp, like others have said great for large drawing sets. regarding the electronic stamp, i have a buddy that uses his with CoSign by ARX for digital signatures.

ha we have a 2 month old son, so 'happy endings' come at odd times of the day (whenever he happens to be sleeping) in odd rooms in the house (whatever is far away from his room and has a door). my wife and i are like teenagers right now, sneaking around.
