For what it's worth I looked back at what happened in April exam and they posted the same thing then never updated when they posted the civil exams so they must just send emails and not say anything.

I feel like the Seismic was very easy and that I missed maybe 3-5, but I studied a ton for it. I took the Survey exam about a week after and only studied for it between exams and felt generally good leaving it but know I missed many.

Wow. Absolutely not. I have no sympathy for this, you seem like you feel entitled to pass. If you cannot identify what a question is asking or differentiate between what parts of a question are useful versus unnecessary then you have no business stamping engineering plans.

I originally sat for the exam for Licensure in Nebraska. One week after I received NCEES 8 HR results I got an email with the law/ethics exam, completed and returned it, and within a couple days got my license #.
