I don't understand your question very well. But,  I did this problem as well and it took a long time to half-understand it. The conversion from Delta to Wye and back to Delta is a long process. In my opinion this is not a 6 minute problem. Too many calculations. Good luck.

I am new posting here, but this problem is killing me. They use the voltage-to- capacitor bank relationship, that I never seen before. What is that? Am I going crazy here.....any help would be appreciated. thank you. 

Hoe I am not late for this. remember, that three phase  Fault current calculation is base on phase values. Thus, 60KV is line value, that nees conversion to phase value. 

Well, I knew Math was first follow by Prob & Stat, Ethics, Economics and so on.... Thus in the FE test I knew  the general topic regarding the specific question presented to me. Once, I all math questions were over, I knew Prob and Stat were next... and so  on. Thank you for all the replies.
