Just got this response from OSBEELS "it appears your certificate has been printed, however at this time your certificate is awaiting signature of the Board President and Office Administrator. Typically this process can take 4-6 weeks from your license date of issuance."

Anybody get their certificate in the mail yet? I got my cheesy wallet card but not the fancy schanzy one yet.

There's also erasable pens too. That way it's not permanent in your book and you could change something later down the road if you don't like what note you initially made....Just another possibility

Not too shabby! They reimbursed me the test fees, I believe $90 application and $210 or so for the test. I bought all my books and paid $450 for the Portland State University review course (which in hindsight didn't really help much), my hotel and gas. Now just to sell all my books back on...

I live in Portland, OR so the COL is pretty high/inflated at the time. I do get paid time and a half and usually work 5 hours of OT so that's another $11,300 or so. But I think I could do better. Though I don't know if I would have to work more OT and therefore make less per hour.

I remember December was buying resources and figuring what was necessary and what wasn't. You're right though, they don't get too serious til a couple months previous to the exam.

Seems like it's around that 4-5 month time before the October test. For some reason I recall this time around for the April test was busier than what it is now.

How many years of experience? I just got my license but I'm making far less since my boss says I don't have experience based upon what the company does. currently at 29/hour and get paid OT.

I ordered mine from PEstamps and received a rubber stamp instead of the self inking and James at Pestamps was quick to respond and will be shipping out my self inking stamp as soon as they can.
