How did everyone feel on seismic? Exam was tricky for me

We might get a early results like mid next week. Just because if you look it has come pretty late recently we might be due for results sooner

Thanks! Yeah seriously its all about the time constraints.... you can only understand so much and if they dont ask you those questions its not even your fualt lol. I think I have had some bad luck because first 2 attempts I had 4/6 marginal and proficients.

@structural2552 wow great I have not done survey. you definitely will pass. I took seismic above... I don't know why its been such a challenge for me I did EEt and hiners problems ALL of them multiple times

How did everyone feel with the exam this cycle April? I felt it was pretty tricky.  I felt 33-35 confident, 10 were educated guesses, and 10 more clear guesses. Let me know your thoughts? this is my 3rd time taking it unfortunately. I stuided EEt and Hiners books....

honestly i am in the same boat with seismic but not survey.... you guys need to just do what you did last time again. Probably a little bad luck this time that you did not pass. you guys are so close it can not be more than 2 questions to pass. just res tudy the material

Yeah if thats the case I would def do the on demand.... once you do on demand once and the problems you should feel a lot better. I think you should definitely know it well 90% of EET problems if you want to give yourself a great chance. I got these below with just EET alone and honestly still...

I took EET 2 times and did not pass both times....first time I did videos but second I really did not need too. I have bought Hiners book. IMO do all of hiners problems and EETs Problems over and over again until you feel 90% on them. On demand is good but you really only need it to learn basic...

1. seismic two attempts: 2. 27 and 30 3. 3 and 8 4. 25 and 17 5. very close to passing both times (3rd attempt soon April)

@vip-eng I think EET course and reza book is enough probably right?

haha well your set then just do those problems eventually you will pass then

yeah its still possible today but for sure i would say no later than Wednesday @vip-eng

@Stardust I have not passed....waited for results 2nd attempt but EET is definitely worth every penny

@structural2552 no one knows the exact number but marginal does mean the cut score so example 60% which is 33/55..... Typically you can do some math such as my diagnostic and get a ball park maybe within 1-2 of How many you got but the consensus is 32-34 to passI think

@Baby Hamster I feel like i probably got from that diagnostic about 29-30 right if you do the math...so i really am hoping this time feeling good with 34 it bridges the gap lol

@Baby Hamster this was from my first attempt in november i felt good on 27....but now waiting for the new results 

so my first attempt i felt confident on 27 only in november..... my second attempt stated above i felt confident on 34....if this helps anyone

@krisEng dont be worst scenario we have to do it again and we will not have to prepare as hard since we have learned a lot previously!
