What is your work environment as an Engineer

It's generally frowned upon here if you don't have 40 hours on your timesheet for the week, even if half of them are non-billable. So I'd say no, if we don't have anything to do we can't just leave, unless we worked late earlier in the week. I've left on many occasions (or not come in friday...

What is your work environment as an Engineer

Where I work (Consulting - Power/Lighting), all the engineers are salary and the drafters are hourly. We are fairly lucky to all get offices. For the salaried folks, we aren't held to strict standards for office hours, although some of the guys do work a fair bit of overtime. We have a yearly...

How did you do in the AM & PM Electrical April, 2014 PE exam

I remember getting a couple questions answered in the Camara book (mainly in the afternoon, IIRC); The one I really didn't use was the NESC handbook (sure glad I didn't drop the cash for the actual NESC!).

    After PE Exam

If your reference changes their story and denies experience which you in fact have, in this context wouldn't that constitute perjury? If not that, then I still feel you should have some legal recourse. They can't just do that if they're mad at you for not showing up to work. Especially since you...

Yeah, I just took the FE in October and got my results sometime around Christmas from NCEES. I'm a bit behind in the game here and decided to apply for both tests with one application. They approved it, but with the stipulation that I was not allowed to sit for both exams in the same weekend.

CO is late too, and on previous conversations with my state board, they claim they let NCEES pass the results directly to examinees.
