CA has to be the worst of everything, well, except for the weather.  Why the hell can't they release sooner?  What is there to do with the 8hr exam after NCEES released the results?  If it releases Friday, then it'll be likely the last state in the union to release the PE exam results.

What happened if you didn't sign your answer sheet?  I remember clearly signing the AM answer sheet, but only VAGUELY the PM answer sheet.  Did anyone remember if your name was printed on the answer sheets?   Damn, my mind is playing trick on me; probably due to all that stress and anxiousness...

This is a bummer - sorry man.  I can't fathom the thought of being dismissed from the exam after months of no-life livin' :mellow: .  Truly, I've spent the last few months neglecting all normal activities, my wife, and my kids too just so I could be ready for this exam.  It sucks something like...

I thought so too until I read this post:  and this, http://www.eng-tips.com/viewthread.cfm?qid=198438 They indicate that the MVA method can be used successfully.  I tried doing the same and the answers do not come out consistently.  If MVA can be used and quicker, then I'll learn it. ...

Would you someone post a solution to #125 using MVA Method?  I know how to do the PU method, but somehow my MVA Method does not work and now I'm confused.  Thanks.

I am about to sign up for SOPE also, but wanted to ask you about the video quality.  The sample videos have poor video quality where I cannot see the figures very clearly and the text on the slides are blurry as well.  Is the case with the purchased on-demand videos? 

Yes, I think it was the 2nd lowest pass rate compared to other PE exams this past Oct.  I thought the exam was tough and I'm somewhat glad that I wasn't alone.  Still, I'll have to be more prepared next time.

Did SchoolofPE give you some kind of a note binder to keep for the exam?  I checked it out and it suggested Camara reference manual for the class.  Was the Camara reference manual a big help for you? 

I failed my first try on the Power PE going it alone, but I don't want to have this awful feeling again.  I'm considering a review courses and based on some of the discussions on EB, it's hard to pick one that would fit me.  I've been out of school for over 20 years and even that I've not done...

Damn, this is what I'm afraid of.  I've heard horror story of some that took over 10 tries to pass and the last thing I want is to be stuck in a fail mode.  Thanks for the response.  I'll address them accordingly this next try. 

I will be a repeat taker for EE Power in April and a little concern about the pass rate for repeat takers.  Do you know why the pass rates for repeat takers of all exams are significantly lower compared to those of the first timers?
