I took the GA Tech online course before my 2nd try and I was able to gain some more points.  This past Fall PE power exam had a lot of things that I had not seen before. 

Would you please let me know exactly which Grainger and Wildi books to get?  I tried searching on Amazon and both came up multiple.  I am not sure which one to get.  I just found out I failed again and this time the score was even lower than before.  I've been out of school for about 25 years...

I failed too, again, for electrical power and got an even lower score this time :-(    I'm completely devastated.

@Ken:  I have the CI code drill book and went through it.  I thought I was familiar with the code book, but during the exam I was spending too much time flipping pages (I hate the code questions, got only 4 out of 10 this past exam).   I wish there was a better way of learning the codes  @Ship...

Not at all, louder please!  It pains me every time I have to retake and shell out $500 each time between state reg. and NCEES. 

That's awesome and impressive.  That sure will give you a great feeling of accomplishment.  I'm waiting for that moment when I have my PE; just a little bit longer I hope.
