If by "NCEES exam book" you mean their practice tests, then don't bother with the older ones. I had the NCEES 2014 test version and they haven't changed anything since. So you're good with what you have.  Answering your previous question about what books to use, I can't speak much of your PM...

So when you say 3 quizzes of 10 questions each, are these from across all topics? Is this all he has apart from the mini exam? Does he not have a chapter-wise breakdown of problems? 

What about Reza's workbook by itself? Is it any good if not accompanied by his lectures, videos, etc? How many practice tests does his workbook have? It's currently $139. Worth it?

How are you deducing that number? Do they define proficient/marginal/deficient in terms of some numbers? I'm sorry I've never seen a diagnostic before (and hope I never do) I'm sure you got it this time though!

As far as I know, the questions do not change on that practice test. At lease not a whole lot. The solutions keep getting refined every new version. I'm not sure myself though.
