I'm sure it has happened more than once. I think it would be hard to concentrate on the exam when you know how nice the weather is just outside the testing center and your vacation awaits.

I'll agree that @PeeWee was a little harsh, but sometimes brutal honesty is how we learn to improve and succeed. You can do the work necessary to get the requested assistance. It isn't going to happen overnight. Best of luck on your career.

If your running two pumps, you'll want the check valves closer to the pump so you don't short circuit the drain line and pump the water through the second pump. The built in check valves that I've seen on pumps recently aren't that great and tend to bypass with too much head pressure.

As stated in other threads, your best bet is to go to a local ASCE, ASPE or other professional meeting and find peers in your local area that would be willing to vouch for you. Not many engineers will provide a reference for someone whom they've never met or worked with.

I think I remember that round. BUT you voted for yourself near the end of the day, not in the beginning. Unless there's something else going on that I'm not aware of.

I've seen a mafia vote for themselves in the past when their team had a solid lead and there was no other choice to preserve the game.
