yeah, this was confirmed months ago. With only a few test takers for SE exam, it makes no sense for NCEES to rent the large venues that were previously required for SE+PE takers.

I would say just find somewhere central. Richmond is really only 10 miles wide by 10 miles long, so anywhere you get a hotel room should give you an easy enough drive to the exam site.
