Not neccessarily. NYS is notoriously difficult for licensing. Just because FL has accepted it, does not mean that NYS will. I had a coworker get denied because they were not descriptive enough for NYS's taste (and they were licensed in at least one other state at the time of their application)...

TBH I'd avoid testing in Hartford. IIRC, it's still held at the XL Center so yay for testing in an arena

To test in my state, it was 2.5hours. I tested in a different state and it was 4hrs (more if it was snowing. Which it was once or twice)

VT does this too. When I proctored in college, someone left their phone behind...

@Dothracki PE im gonna randomly vote for @harshaPEAZ until further notice. tbh my personal life blew up so im not particularly focused. after this round, i'll be sitting out for awhile til stuff stabilizes since it seems every other round, something dramatic comes up.
