I'm preparing my application via NCEES records to go out on Monday.  If I forget about this post in several months post a reply and I'll update you all how it went (hoping I will be like the person who got it in 13 business days and can tell you all how quick it was!)...but we shall see.

I am currently in a similar situation as you were back when you wrote this post.  How did it end up turning out?  How long did it take to get your NYS PE license by endorsement after submitting your application and fee using the NCEES record? 

Got my license number today!!!! Thanks everyone who helped make this painful waiting period more manageable!  Merry Christmas to all!

Has anyone received a letter from the Board on how to pay to instate license? 

Do you know approximately when it went from "unchecked" to "complete"?  I'm curious to know if they're working after 4 PM, which is a typical government closing time.
