I get that but 23/25 is insanely large pass score.

For the folks who passed Texas PE, how do one pass this exam. Just took one and recently 19/25. They need 90% which is only 23/25. Any tips would be helpful thanks.

one my last review folks told me there will be $1 raise once I get my PE license (not just passing Exam). I am desperately looking to find a employer what is not cheap ass.

I say IL results will come in December along with Oct 2017 results. "IL is useless like always"

Now I feel extremely lucky. I passed with 70%. 1 wrong answer and I would be studying for next 5 month. sorry to hear about your loss though.

How do I like this post. true indeed. that's why I went to Texas and took PE. First day result and they provide the scores as well.

In Texas they will provide the percentile score.

I just passed with 70. Someone on the board failed with 49/80 ~61%. Please share your Pass/Fail score.

I have masters in electrical engineering. Have 3 and half years worth of working experience for lighting and utility design. I recently started looking for the NEC codes.

Started studying couple of weeks before the exam. Went through all the practice problems. I was ready to take the exam again since I had no hope of passing. I feel like 70 is the cut off. I think if I missed 1 more question would have failed. Like someone said in the forum. NOT TODAY SATAN!!!

Passed. Cannot believe it though.

Can one carry a regular backpack to exam or should it be only be in open container like: milk crate or rolling suitcase?
