Id recommend GBES practice exams. They do cost but I used them to pass GA and plan on using them for BD&C. I have to take mine before June 15. Im hoping a month is enough. I spent about an hour a day for 2 weeks on GA and passed.
I took the exam for the 2nd time. I will say that I'm a better more knowledgeable engineer for having studied for the exam twice. As others have said I know someone who took it 3-4 times and got 30% scores on the exam and passed it on the 4th or 5th time. Never give up trying as you may learn...
