I called this number (916) 263-2222 and then they redirected me to licensing department.

I called the board to see if there was anything that I needed to submit. I got mine updated yesterday.

I sent the email again. I was told the list is already out and the next list will be either 29th Dec or 2nd Jan. I also talked to Patty and she wanted me to send a copy by mail.

Looks like, whoever emailed the notice of successful national examination is not on the list. I am suggested to send them by mail.
