I've heard that if you work closely with consultants that are PE's and they can vouch for your work you can use them as references. Also, I found the MA board very reasonable. Just call, them write them. Good luck. MPC, P.E.

I took the Enviro section of the Testmasters Civil/Enviro review course. I think it was helpful, 'cuz I passed the exam, and didn't take a course for a couple other shots at the exam and didn't pass. Can't comment on the construction.

TestMasters does the enviro review during the beginning portion of their Civil course (4 days - $600). They don't seem to do it that often, though, e.g., I had to travel from Rhode Island to Virginia! The course kix ass (I'm an air + energy guy) so I really needed the hydraulics, pumps, water...
