Ok, I ordered my stamp. Is there any reason to get the embosser? Only one engineer I work with has one and he has never used it.

I clicked on the link on NCEES that said "next steps" and it just took me to the state website where I could view a pdf that congratulated me on passing. It didn't really tell me what to do next, except wait for more information from the state. Do you think it's safe to order my stamp, or...

I got my official notification from NCEES.

I only counted a little over a 100 in Harrisburg. There were a lot more in the building taking the FE, etc.

If I got a license and the state tried to take it back, I don't even know what kind of insane thing I might do. It would probably be a felony though.

That is pretty crazy. And I imagine a lot better than it being the other way around. Mine has said pass for over a month now and I was scared to tell anyone until it was official. I'm sure you will do the same until you get something official.

I don't buy the computer glitch excuse. I could have knitted each candidate a king sized quilt with their results embroidered on it by now. There have been engineers since long before computers. The fact that they can't get their PowerPoint presentation to use the correct star wipe should not...

It's possible, but someone checked into that with the board and they confirmed that no meeting was required to certify the results. And if you look back through the old results threads, most times the results were released before a scheduled meeting. A coworker took his test a two years ago...

Well that is disappointing. I can't even be mad any more. Now it is just funny how completely inept our state government is.
