Has anyone received there wall certificate yet?

I think it would be interesting to see what the original poll would look like now. I know for one thing i thought it could go either way and i guess the cards fell my way. I am just glad I have the two letters behind my name now!

Does the navy use outside consultants for design help? If so use one of those that is registered.

I only received my pocket certificate and a one sheet page of the "use of seal" law. Did I not get something?

I called this morning about the wall certificate and someone told me it can take up to 6 weeks to get it. Just in case anyone was wondering.

I am ordering my stamp today and see that we may omit the leading zero in the six digit number. I am wondering if this is common practice or should I include it?
