No. Probably related to the testing issues, everyone approved for Q1 had their tests canceled at the end of February and will be rescheduling for Q2. They may not have fixed the issue yet and thus haven't sent out ATT emails for anyone yet. Prometric Exam kept Fteezing and crashing during exam

Not being prepared is very unlikely to get you a postponement, do not count on your request being approved.
FYI, people have had their licenses revoked for revealing a single question from a PE exam in an anonymous forum. No one can tell you the information you're requesting without putting their license in danger.
