    I don't think there is a direct correlation between references and pass/fail. For example I put 5 hours a day in every day after work and 10 hours a day on weekends religiously for three months prior to taking the Civil PE for the first time this October.     Yes look at NCEES website. Sign in under MYNCEES, use the drop down on the right to select Connecticut and then sign in. Results should show up there.
