That's a pretty good raise in my opinion and also, in my field, I wouldn't expect to become a "senior" engineer until at least 20 years exp. Mind if I ask why you're looking elsewhere? Are you unsatisfied with the raise/promotion or is it other reasons?

Exactly. When I left the test I said to myself...I either aced it or missed 20. For the problems that included calcs (non-conceptual) I arrived at a number on each that was a potential answer...but like the commenter above mentioned, 1 answer is correct and the other three are traps.

Taking Geotech PM next Friday. Did anyone bring ASCE 7 or OSHA 29 CFR to the test? They are several hundred pages (which I'd rather not print or lug around), especially since the standards were included in the NCEES practice exam. I'm trying to keep reference materials to a minimum, looking for...
