This one is easy-change jobs, the growth and new relationships that will come out of it are well worth it! Life is too short and you do not want to get to the point at your current job where you resent the situation too much and it turns toxic.
This is the biggest issue for me as well! Having taken the CBT FE- utilizing the online pdf reference is not ideal when compared to the open book scenario for pencil and paper tests! Hopefully as folks start taking the test they will be able to provide further input!
How about timezones to start, I am in Wilmington, NC (Eastern Time zone). If we have a few different timezones we will need to plan accordingly! Also my initial thought is to try and focus on Civil Breadth- Afternoon subjects maybe can be broken out into smaller groups.

Also, I for got to add, I should have absolutely spent more time working problems. I utilized EET and the review and binders were great, however by the time I watched the review videos, I did not have much left in the tank for doing problems. That is the biggest change I will be making this...
