Does anyone know if the exam diagnosis is provided to engineers who passed the PE exam?  It looks like it was provided immediately to those who failed, but I am curious to see which questions I struggled in, and where I was strong.  I was not able to find any links in NCEES website or state board website (TX here).  Anyone know?

If you're in Texas, you can go here and at least get a score - I'm not sure what else they'll tell you.
