MORNING Preparation Books/ reference books/ sample questions:
7. Civil Engineering Reference Manual (11th ed.) This edition already covers Construction and I would say is PLENTY to pass (unless you want to spend the extra cash for 12th ed):

Has the best user reviews I found as far as usefulness for the PE.
