I am working on a control house design (steel frame with prestress wall panels). Can anyone give me some example-layout, details and calcs to follow? Any help will be highly appreciated.

Is it located in Chicago? There is a tilt-up design manual out there. Are you sure the wall panels are prestressed? I wouldn't think that the walls would be economical unless they are a substantial height.
