I called the number on the boards front page: 1-800-864-5316. You have to go through the automated messages up to a certain pt, and then when it asked me to type in my confirmation number, I kept hitting 0 on my phone until it took me to an customer service rep.

They said that they sent info to this guy to reset my acc so I should call back in 24 hours. We'll see...

What was your original testing date? My seismic was scheduled for March 30th, and the only email I got from prometric was on the 27th which was a confirmation for my March 30th exam, which was obviously canceled on the 17th. To date, still haven't heard anything and they've updated their website...
