Did you have the most recent School of PE notes? I took a different depth than you, but was able to find almost everything in the October 2019 School of PE notes for the AM.

The outline on exam phase changed to green and the option to pay for the exam showed up about an hour and a half before the passing result came out!

Mine looks a little different. It ends at "Exam Date Notification" and and has a green box around Exam Phase, just like one posted above. Interesting
