Unless they want you to include a copy of the Live Scan you did for the FE/EIT. In that case we can check the "Live Scan form included (no fee)" box. For the NCEES, I'm guessing it's just the Exam Verification or the "Result Notice". But I don't prefer to assume, so I might call the board and...

Same Here!! ... That was my first time taking that exam. Walked out of the exam room with a feeling not leaning towards passing!! :)  I’m so glad I don’t have to go through this again.  :beerchug:

True!! Feel bad though for getting a friend of mine starting to stress after he expected results to be 8-10 weeks, but told him historically it's been earlier than that!  :dunno:
