    Civil transportation depth PE Exam

    I just passed the PE, and I did all self-study.  The references you'll need are the AASHTO Green Book, the 2010 Highway Capacity Manual, Roadside Design Guide, and the MUTCD. You can download the MUTCD for free, but you'll have to buy all the others.

    HELP WITH NCEES#515

    I converted the bearings to azimuths. The SE bearing in decimal decrees is S59.25°E then 180°-59.25°=120.75° azimuth. The NE bearing in decimal degrees is N88.75°E, and the azimuth is the same. Then the deflection angle is 120.75°-88.75°=32°.
