If I find that the critical duration for a 10yr storm is the 3hr, would that be the same for the other storm events liked the 50 and 100 year? For example, would the critical duration for the 50 and 100year storms also be for the 3hr?

On the PE exam, when you got to a problem on the exam such as structural/soils, did you actually know how to do the problems or did you look up an example problem that is similar and follow that?
