Technical Bid Tab Evaluation Chart Needed

Does anyone have a starting template for a technical bid tab evaluation of vendor proposals? Generally for process equipment, tanks, pumps, etc. I can't find my old one and don't want to have to create one from scratch if there is a friend willing to help out. Thanks in advance :)

    Thank you

Thank you to all you guys who helped me figure out the tricky problems during studying. I passed the PE test. I really appreciate the help. I have 3 little kids under 4, including an infant, and I couldn't make it to a review course so I had to just do my best self studying. I am very grateful...

NCEES Practice Exam MD&M #108 question

On the new NCEES Practice Exam for MD&M, the question #108 is using g as 386.4in/s^2. Which gives me an answer of Critical Speed = 3954 revolutions per second, not per minute as the answer is stating. And this is not corrected in the errata so I am wondering if I am in a brain fog missing...
