They will send you a form in the mail, fill it out send the fee that they tell you, its prorated but i think its around $80, they also send you the requirements for your seal. You can leave of the "24" and the last two "00" of your number. Just be careful ordering your seal, I heard that one...

Hey I saw your post in the other thread...I agree I was disappointed in SOPE...I wasn’t a fan of Gerorge Stanweczic...i don’t think he presented the material well for the Construction Depth...but I can’t blame them completely...I thought if I did the videos twice and did a couple of practice...

W is the width of the lane or shoulder you are occupying...I’m not clear what exactly it is your asking for...for sign placement you have to go to the MUTCD they have plethora of Typical Details for various situations to determine how far apart the signs have to be... can you be more specific

Correct, note that MNL-15 was formerly known as ACI-301, MNL-15 will have some of the same codes as ACI 318(Building Codes). Also, they took out the NDS. And SP-4 contains ACI-347R in the appendix.
