If it's due to medical reasons, I think you can simply fill out a postpone form. Of course a doctor's note will be required.

Finally logged in, I thought NCEES was hacked. Passed, Civil WRE. So that NCEES survey email WAS a good sign.

Waiting on CA, Civil WRE. I've received the survey email also, kind of feel a kind-hearted NCEES staff picked the sensitive time to sent out that email to release our anxiety a bit.

I also received the survey email yesterday. Being one of the unfortunate exam takers who got stuck with the CA board, the only thing I can do right now is keeping my speculation for maybe another two weeks.
