I believe you were close. You might want to focus two or three area that only got 50% right. For example, Protection, system Analysis, and Machines. Do more exercise, until you improve them to 80%. 

They still need to deal with applications, only after the exam. But this may reduce their workload about 1/3, because the passing rate is about 60%.

CA already changed its process, you can register the exam on NCEES without the approval of the CA board now. Just go ahead and take the course. You can check the information on the it's website or Facebook

CA bar must really hate PA board this time.

Hopefully, this time CA will be more fast. Next, they will change the application process and will release the results before submit applications.

Now, NCEES will answer the result released date as 8~10 months.
