I took the civil WR exam and received that email before finding my results that I passed. I have not talked to anyone who received the email and did not pass. I would bet that if you got that email you passed. 

The email is only for the water resources and environmental test takers. "  If you’ve become licensed since passing the PE Environmental exam or the PE Civil: Water Resources and Environmental exam, we would appreciate your input by completing an online survey. "

I did . I received the email before the results and later found out I passed. 

If you got the email, it says in it "since passing the PE." I am in Washington and got the email about the survey 30 minutes BEFORE I got the email about the results(I passed). Drove me insane for 30 minutes but if you also got that email I would say you are a safe bet to pass. Congrats.

Here I am waiting for the exam results... I get an email from NCEES to take a survey. What horrible timing. 

So one email said they will start processing next week and another said they will be out later today?

How am I suppose to work right now?

Nothing on the schedule is about PE exam results. I don't think this has anything to do with it. The southern zone had a meeting April 07-09, before our exam, so it does not look like they use these to discuss exam results. We are just looking for an excuse as to why the results are not out.

Friday was my first time taking the exam. I felt like the ratio of qualitative to quantitative questions in the AM Civil section was also much more than any practice test. I felt the afternoon(water resources) was less qualitative than the AM section but still more so than any practice exam.
