i found the practice test useful. From what i have its the closet thing to the real exam you can probably get and some of the same questions were in the actually test but with different numbers or diffrent setup.

I think this one of those problems that trys to make you over think it. But as the poster above said point c is floating so that cap becomes meaning less. In the end its caps in series, which if you treat like parrell resisters its the product/sum of the values. So Cab = (30*30)/(30+30)=15

I re-read page 9 of the application packet from the site, it doesn't look like a transcript is needed. Seems its just the VE-PNG (work experience) and CT-ENG (proof of FE).

I think the next step is going the ILDFPR and filling out the licensure by examination form, having your employer(s) fill out the work verification and from the looks summiting a college transcript and proof of your FE if its not from IL (my case) and $100 check. Good ole Illinois, nothing like...

I hate to bring a topic up from the dead, but I cant seem to find anything on how to solve this question. The solution itself is just arithmetic but the reasoning for what the they did I cant find.
