No, AZBTR said that it will be 2-3 weeks before the grant package will be mailed out. (I really hope this is a case of over state delivery time) and I would think that the package would have all the information as to how to proceed from there.
EDIT_ But, by 9am AZBTR updated the list and I...
I took too much and left home the soils engineering book I needed the most. Took: Goswami, CERM, Geotech Engrs Portable Handbook, NAVFAC (Useless), Geotech Engr and Foundation Engr (Das) and many notebooks. I used my notes, Goswami and Geotech Handbook the most.
Due Diligence- I failed, twice. But only just, and as we all know, close only counts in hand grenade and nuclear weapons.
I would add
Soils & Foundations Manual NHI Course 132012 FHWA Pub No. NHI-06-088 (Free online).
Design and Construction of Driven Pile Foundations NHI Courses 13221...
I failed Geotech 2nd go-round. 48/80 or 60%! Do it again. With so much invested, I can't see going to another discipline.
I know I got antsy (1 step below rattled) in the PM and began the flip from boot-to-book. Losing time and confidence.
Going to spend time with the spousal unit. And trying to uncross my eyes and clear my head, which will be hopefully due to the quantity of alcohol consumed the night prior..
Arizona has released. At least I have e-mail from NCEES. I am just to cowardly to look at it until I get home. I don't want to embarrass myself in front of my coworkers by soiling myself.
Good Luck to you all!

I just passed the FE with a non-ABET degree in Construction, graduating in 1989. A looong time ago. I had to study my butt off and it took two attempts, but I did it. As previously stated, with a MS Civil, it should be cake. Good Luck.
