    How did you do in the AM & PM Electrical April, 2014 PE exam

    I quickly typed my previous post on my phone; please excuse the nonsensical stuff. Some more info on references: The small, thick, red book is Electrical Engineering by Kories and Schmidt-Walter. I am still trying to track down the website for the free practice exam I used.

    Connecticut results have definitely been released. I received two emails yesterday, one from PCS and one from NCEES; I passed Electrical/Electronics. Congratulations to those of you who have passed as well. To those still waiting, I feel your pain!

    Electrical and Electronics here; the difficulty level was about what I expected. I felt quite well prepared. FWIW, in my exam room of 140+ people, I don't think I noticed a single person leave early. I contrast this with my FE bout (October 2013), where about 15% of the test-takers in my room...

    I thought it was tough; a very good challenge. One question that really made me sweat bullets was one particular design/implementation-type question. It combined a several concepts in such a way that I was just confused, ran short on time, and had to make an educated guess. It was a good one...
