Lateral, but not because of the material, but because of experience.
In real life practice, I've never designed a building in SDC D-F, mostly SDC A-B.
This lack of experience and practice makes SE lateral more difficult.
Time will be your main issue and running out of it.
Knowing procedures and locations of codes/equations are the most important part of taking the SE.
Focus on practice problems and speed.
You will not have time to compare old and new codes during the exams.
Just called PCS. The lady said they are still waiting for the SE Exams from NCEES from Wisconsin. NCEES website says the SE exams are released in all states I believe.
Not sure what to think.
