Looks like Knight and Redskins both agree.Yes the videos are helpful as well, but the manual is an excellent source. To pass the exam you should use several sources including practice exams. Try the CI, NCEES and Spinup exams with this manual and you will be close to being able to pass the exam...

The Gatech manual alone is a great reference IMO.....I was able to borrow a copy from a co-worker w/o video access, it really helped me with analyzing single lines and some of the motor information. If you do this and take a lot of GOOD practice exams you should be fine.
