Also, I guess Im not really understanding the scoring. For the Texas PE it just said score 48. If I do 48/80 then I get 39. So, I guess Im not exactly sure what my score is relative to this board. Can anyone help with this?

I will be taking the PE in Paril 2009 for the 2nd time. My background is bioengineering/environmental however, I feel more comfortable taking the construction. I think it is because both my parents were in construction and I grew up around it. It seems familiar to me.

The cut score was about 53 for the first time they offered the construction test. This was April 2008 test. In order to pass I think I needed to get about 43 correct which I did not come close to. The construction part was okay, I just messed up on everything else! I did not take the test in...

I took the construction depth. This was my first try at the PE.. Are the cut scores usually around 48? I thought they were around 55 to 56. Also, do you think the cut score will be lower for the construction depth, sice this was the first time it has been offered.
