i think they abolished that, could be wrong...

wish i had some data for structural afternoon, with 48/80 = 65 when its really 60 a 70 would probably be a 52/80, but they are pretty hush hush of how curves work

what if two states have that same policy?

I was thinking sooner than last year, the FE was put up the next business day, but anything is possible.

id look at the diagnostics report, if it says you are close to average passing grades then id say go for it. tho i haven't heard of them ever changing their decision (did you erase any questions?)

seems to be going the same as last year, id guess NY will post results on Dec 19th

yeah you can get them to score by hand, but I'd only waste my money if you failed by a lot. the stain was probably not number 2 lead which the scantron machine detects.

i believe they go through each question make sure its up to par, and decide what the passing score they want to be. meeting after meeting takes time. tho I agree it takes longer but who knows, if they took less time less people would pass. some PE board member is saying NO 49 should be passing...
