    AASHTO 2010 Interim Revisions

    Are the 2010 Interim Revisions required for the AASHTO LRFD design standard? The NCEES Civil-Structural list of Design Standards does not make note them. However, the NCEES Structural Exam notes, "The 2010 Interim is not required." Why they left this off the Civil-Structural list I have no idea.

    Any idea why they did not incorporate Cb in the problem? When I saw the beam diagram with the off center point load I thought for sure they wanted me to incorporate it. Is it simply because the max moment occurs away from the brace point? Any help would be appreciated
