If the new fees above are correct, there is no way I can afford to take the exam in the future. I am sure it is the same for others as well.

Seriously though - what did they expect to happen with the phones if the internet scheduling failed (which it has)? I wonder if they have more people man-ing the phones just for today? No...that would be too smart.

Way to go Pels. LOL. No one can schedule for their exam - and the phone is jammed up. DUH. What did you expect. If this is a sign of how the exam will go I don't know what to say.

Scheduling will be made available no later than 9:00am (Pacific Time) Friday, April 27, 2012 through 5:00pm (Pacific Time) Friday, May 11, 2012 with date, time, and location availability on a first come, first serve basis.

I have called a bunch of times. The ladies who answer the phone say that no one has told them anything yet. They said today that they don't want to release a "probable" date; they are waiting until they know "the" date. Come on now. Has anyone contacted Jerry Brown or the LA Times?
