Are the two sets still available?

I got mine on Thursday. I do agree that the quality is somewhat poor. One of my coworker's got his PE 10 years ago, and his wall certificate is much nicer than the current version. Hell, even his wallet card looks nicer!

October '11 search on this board shows an approx date of Jan 29th.....so 6 weeks after results were released for FL.

Which exam are you taking? If its The Power one, I don't think you'd need it. I can see where an electronics-based exam could throw some alternate names where the dictionary would come in handy.

Do a search for the Wildi Book on this forum. I think someone (WildSoldierPE?) has a great summary of which chapters are the most useful. He was dead on. The book covers the topics in a very methodical way. The title is "Electric Machines, Drives and Power Systems"...
