Do not give up! Last April I got 51/80. When I checked NCEES a few minutes ago and saw “Pass” it almost seemed too good to be true. I called the state board to confirm :) I FINALLY PASSED!!!!!

This question stumped me for a while too. Most questions involving a full-wave bridge rectifier that I’ve seen are asking about the output Voltage. Therefore, my first instinct was B. Thanks!

I think the CI tests are worth buying. Like others have noted, they aren't error free or very difficult, but they will help you prepare for the exam.
