    Passed WI Civil PE 1st try. Encouragement to those who got unfortunate news! Feel upbeat, prepare more, and you will pass too! Are we PE now, or we have to wait for that State to mail the stamp to claim PE title? BTW, Is there any way to find out the exact score? Why won't they tell us?

    Good question. I forgot exactly how the question is asked. But don't use the mass diagram on this. Just use the 3 phase relationship of soil, for the borrow pit and fill. Hope it helps.

    Could anyone explain why answers A and B are not correct? Since there is no lag time involved, isn’t LF of activity B equals to LS of activity D (answer A), and ES of activity B equals to EF of activity A (answer B )? Thanks!
