    So I failed for the second time...I knew that I blew the exam for my first attempt in April 2010 (HVAC), I was dead certain I passed this past October (Machine Design) but apparently that wasn't the case. In Maryland, you have 3 chances to take the exam before you have to wait 3 years to reapply...
